Okay, so it has been a long time since I have been a well-behaved, regular blogger. And now that I'm into my second year of my journalism degree, I suppose I ought to give this another whirl. I've tried countless times over the past three years to start blogging again - thinking that maybe if I can just write the right post, or call my blog the right name, that suddenly it will all click into place again.
Honestly, the reason I stopped blogging in the first place is because I lost my faith in it. At the tender age of 16 I quite frankly didn't want people reading about my personal life anymore, and as a consequence I lost what I truly loved about blogging. Being honest, writing about what I wanted, and not really caring about what people thought. I wrote about my opinions and the way I saw the world, which yes, has now developed and changed, but it doesn't make those posts any less valid.
I want to capture that love again - just to write for the sake of writing. Without that blog I would never have ended up where I am today. So now, at the beginning of my twenties, I'm trying this again.
